Who is Alison Hudler?
I’m a passionate Baltimore realtor and proud owner of Hudler Homes of Compass, dedicated to guiding families through some of life’s biggest transitions. My mission goes beyond finding homes—I aim to help my clients build wealth and achieve their dream lifestyles, all while creating lasting connections.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me spotlighting local businesses on The 21230 Show, cheering on or playing sports, and spending quality time with family and friends in Baltimore or at our beach house in the Outer Banks. I was recently honored as Baltimore Real Producers Magazine’s “Agent to Watch” (check out the feature linked below), and I think it truly captures who I am and what I am all about!

I prioritize spending as much time with my family as I can! Being a mom is one of my greatest joys—it’s challenging but so incredibly rewarding. I know that Grady and Jackson won’t stay little forever, so I cherish these moments. They sure know how to push our buttons, but gosh, they’re also just so sweet! Big thanks to my husband, Garrett, for keeping our crew in line!

Giving back is one of my core values, and I’m proud to contribute to causes that make a positive impact in our community. We appreciate those who have supported our efforts!
Since 2018, Hudler Homes has contributed more than $30,000 to various causes through annual and monthly charitable donations, sponsoring charity golf tournaments, and other one-time contributions.
In 2025, we are excited to continue this commitment by donating $100 from every home we sell. Additionally, if you refer a client to us, we’ll contribute an extra $50 for that home as a token of gratitude for helping us extend our impact even further.
